1. Why should I use this service?
Most Japanese websites don't ship internationally. This concierge service is an easy and affordable way for ppl to gain access to cutting edge Japanese goods, anything from the most on-trend fashion to anime and even electronics or other instruments. As long as you can find what you want, we will ship it for you! Nothing illegal of course.
2. How do you manage to ship the goods outside of Japan?
We have agents in Japan who can ship it internationally for us.
3. What sets your service apart from other concierges like vPost?
vPost offers a very limited range of japanese goods. The other concierges Borderlinx and Globeshopper do not offer this service in Japan, only for the UK and US.
4. Some popular japanese sites like rakuten already ships to singapore. Uniqlo already has a presence in sg.so why should I use your site?
Rakuten is a conglomerate of stores, and only certain stores give the option of being shipped to Singapore or other countries. Uniqlo has a physical store in Singapore, but the selection is very limited, and still cannot beat what Japan's own stores have to offer.
5. Many of the Japanese sites are in Japanese,with no English translAtion. What can I do?
You can use online tools to translate the text from Japanese to English. For example, Google Translate, or download Google's browser Chrome, as the websites you visit will automatically be translated to english. Mostly it's easy for most goods - just look at the pictures and the price.

Japanese fashion, electronics and everything else is always cutting edge, they are ahead of the rest of the world in terms of trend. Also,Japan's economy is in the doldrums now, leading to a weaker yen, so now is the perfect shopping opportunity.
